About the plans
- Is billing monthly? How do I cancel?
Yes. Plus costs R$10.99 per month and Pro costs R$24.90 per month. Cancel anytime in Account → Your subscription. Paid access lasts until the end of the period already paid; after that the account goes back to Free. Purchased files stay yours. On the Free plan, cloud projects are read-only: you can open them, download a copy and delete them. To edit and save to the cloud again, subscribe to Plus or Pro.
- What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus removes ads, allows more cloud projects and syncs across devices. Pro adds features planned for the roadmap: multiple wave layers, Pro presets and advanced editor controls.
- Do I need a subscription to download DXF and SVG?
No. Free exports DXF and SVG without a mandatory ad before the download. Ads appear in dedicated areas of the Free plan.
- Do ready-made store files require a subscription?
No. Ready-made files are one-off purchases. You buy the file and it stays yours, even without an active plan.
