Who provides the service
The service is provided by WoodPath (responsible person: Pedro Augusto Ribeiro Mangoni). By using WoodPath you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The editor and the files you generate
The Free plan keeps DXF and SVG export.
You own the files you generate in the editor, with the measures and parameters you chose.
Purchased files
Each purchased file has a personal or commercial licence, as shown on the product page.
Under any licence, you may not redistribute the file or share it with third parties.
Plans and billing
The monthly plans are Plus, at R$10.99 per month, and Pro, at R$24.90 per month. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Cancel whenever you like in Account → Your subscription. Paid access continues until the end of the current period, on the next renewal date; after that the account goes back to Free. This also applies to subscriptions with a discount or promotional price. Purchased files stay yours.
There are no prorated refunds: when you cancel, the unused part of the current period is not refunded, and paid access continues until it ends.
On the Free plan, cloud projects are read-only: you can open them, download a copy and delete them. To edit and save to the cloud again, you need to subscribe to Plus or Pro.
Plus and Pro show no ads.
Fabrication and measures
WoodPath generates geometry and cutting files. Before cutting, check the measures, the material thickness and how the parts fit, and make a test part.
Fabrication, on a CNC machine or by another process, is the operator’s responsibility. The risk of running the machine lies with whoever operates it.
Changes to the service
We may change the editor’s features and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue is the court of the user’s home district, where consumer law so determines.
